day 1 - day 2

i spent my last weekends in phuket

stayed for a totaled of 5 days

the weather has been great and it was awesome to see how phuket came alive, standing better den before tsunami came for it

no heavy traffic, erp charges, long queues, work related problems

NOTHING!

nothing of tat sort

it was juz all abt the sea and beach..

feel the breeze and dining by the sea side

tradition relaxing thai massage

highly exciting sea sports activities

vibrant night life

endless stretch of drinking bars

and did i mention the beers are dirt cheap!

sexy and stripping bar top dancing

phew... wasn't tat enuff to make u feel like one is really 'living' the time?!

as usual, we took a whole loads of photos

5 cameras, 9 gorgeous ppl, beautiful scenery

uploading these pics are sure nt an easy task ;)

bright & sunny morning to begin the day with

we did an advanced booking for a maxi cab

however, we were kinda late & had to pay 15 bucks extra!

but still its cheap! :D

per person only forked out 6 bucks plus

tats the advantage of having more ppl ;)

cos for the 3 of us that check the net for the weather forecast over at phuket, they all shows THUDERSTORM!

yeah, its thuderstorm

not heavy rain can

the plane sway like nobody's biz & i cant even sit still

i hate BUDGET airplane

they are so nt stablise and crampy

i got hit twice on my head within 5 mins

& its with force

it HURT & i got so pissed that i nearly stood up from my seat n shout at the person

but i din

my fren who sat beside me gave me tat 'can u dun create a scene here' tat kinda look

so i let it go

my room is juz behind the swimming pool

after washing up, we gathered at one of the room for a 'meeting'

the guys cant wait to drink..

the first thing in mind was FOOD!!

we are all famished after a long day

we travelled out on a minibus to the phuket chatuchak

to our horror, there was no resturant nearby

so we make do with the stall by the road side

needless to say, they are freaking cheap lar!!

but it taste sooooo nice can

tat we tot we can hire them back to spore & open a eatery

haha

while eating, it pours

but as we finished our food

the rain stopped

lucky us! :P

if not cannot shop in the chatuchak le cos its nt sheltered at all

we den hit the streets by the patong beach

instance vibrant nightlife surfaced

we saw this interesting snack selling by the roadside

its crepes..

wee.. Christmas is nearing and everyone's nt oni busi with shopping for gifts but oso busi w holidayssssssssssss!!

bestie Qi & Ru are both currently overseas .. & both of them will oni be back on this coming sat, which somehow conicides with the day i'll be flying offff...yeah.. i'm off to phuket..soon...

hopefully the rain will hav mercy on us... if nt, i guess its indoors n indoors for 5 days...

& did i mention tat i've nv been to phuket..?

a new place excites me more.. though its thailand but its nt gonna be another repeat of bkk, i'm sure...

why i decide to post this entry is becoz today i can announced proudly tat i've walk out from the past..totally.

almost 3 yrs.. the day he called it a day & decide to leave for another person.. i used think it is only myself to blame for the failed relationship. thinking that i might nt be as gd as the other..

throughout the time, we still contact one another & it was like we're 'gd frens'.

i decided to put all this shit to a COMPLETE stop.

mayb, i finally realise wat the use of us contacting ?? its not as if we are still getting back tog..

it has really been awhile since we contacted and today, yes today he sms me asking whether am i ignoring him..


i intended to do so.... but was amazed he guessed it correctly...

juz came back from my ktv session w Chloe.. can tell both of us are so bored tat we resort to singing.. initially chloe suggested that we shld go shopping but be coz i spent too much ytd tat i decided to stop buying today. yup, juz for today.. :P

i bought a new sunglasses!!! i'm so happy.. finally i settled on one.. cos i look bad in glasses tat my fren suggested i shldnt buy any at all.. :(

but i dun care!!! i juz wan it! and 'ta dan'... here is my glasses.. & i love it to bits..but it cause a BIG damage to my wallet...

hmm.. i secretly wish for a cash machine tat provides me w endless cash for this Christmas.. *Santa, i hope u see this ya*

jus to side track a bit, i had a pimples outbreak today.. i look totally chui can..! i got a shock when i woke up tis morning.. sigh.. i hope my skII will do the rescuing in time.. before it got my whole face..

i went to Gleneagles ytd.. its my first time there.. of cos, i'm not at the least keen to go there at all.. :P yup, went to see a cardiac specialist. i dread going . i dread going thru the series of tests all over again & again.. i think this is already the 5th checks i had on my heart just this yr alone..



luckily, this time round, the doctor made me feel easier.. he is old n stern looking but he is so humorous & made my time there better.. mayb thats e power of a 'gleneagles' doc?? since they are expensive & so their doctors also give better services?? mayb...




the clinic's packed w ppl.. but i dam sure i'm the youngest,there..
tat makes me feel i'm a old soul in a young body.. i'm only in my early twenties but my body made me feel otherwise..a heart in addition a back problem. gosh..




i guess in a certain way, it makes me feel even more that life is fragile & twisted... i always make it a point to remind myself now & then tat i shld embrace life & be kind to others while i still hav the ability too... :D

not only tat man, i went shopping !! @ citilink.. i think its been a while since i buy so many items at one shop.. & i actually entitled for their life time membership already.. heehee.. their clothes are really quite nice & i'm definately goin back for more!!


i caught a movie as well..STARDUST. it was GOOD.... it shows how great love can be.. gals will really like it.. romantic and funny.. especially robert de niro...funny, funny.. & Michelle Pfeiffer.. she still look so gd despite her age..


holiday ended, reality falls back. its time to do sales again..


nvm, retail therapy shall fix it all.. :P

i went over to east coast to unwind on the following day, which is sunday lar. realise it has been a bit since i went over to the main east coast area. & there a new HK cafe!! apparently the cafe is quite big but its DAM PACKED!! its not even the peak hr as in dinner time can.. cannot even imagine the Q if its at lunch/dinner time.

it really bring me back to the times when i was in HK... shit, i even started dreaming that i was stil in HK!! Wat the fish rite?!!!???

k, apparently, this cafe has been rated by media & i tried some of the food and overall i juz can say its a 2 THUMBS UP for me.... i wanna fest on it again..... :D

this qtr has gotta to be a 'wedding' season. attended 2 wedding in juz a week. freak! a big damage to my poor pocket...

i guess i to a certain extend it affected me a little. or at least a little. not so much wanting to get married but i start to realise babies can be soo cute!! mayb i shld consider goin to the sperm bank for a 'loan'! haha.

wedding is considered as a xi shi but the luck certainly didnt rub off me..i receive a complain after i return back to office.. i was shock & bewildered. wat was so stunning was reading wat the customer who point fingers at me wrote.. i did a good job, didnt i? i tot to myself. so i went on to find out wat went wrong...

she sounded as if i kill someone.. realli. tat was when i realise i'm not the only person good at writting complaint letters.. but i didnt blame her. seriously. although she enlarge the whole picture but i can understand her emotions as she is a pregnant lady.

i can only say i was in the wrong. but the only thing i did was forgetting to addressed the letter to her when i mailed her her stuffs. & it wasnt on purpose. i felt so sorry as i caused much inconvenience to her but she was too mad to even allow me to apologise..sigh...

it the big day for my bestie since childhood!

i was one of the jie mei on tat day. it was a long, tiring yet emotional day...
seeing her getting married was a bit emo as she was like my little sista since young.
it like marrying off my own sista.. :P

i went to their newly renovated love nest & its simple yet carry a sense of elegance..i love the kitchen theme of bright red & white!

& i totally love their wedding pics to bits!!!! it totally ROCKS! :)

i am really happy for pris & tat i'm sure she will be in gd hands under eric's TLC - tender loving care..

attending her wedding, once again reminded me the fact tat i am really getting OLD!!!!!! gosh. but it oso re in forces the fact tat having the right person is very impt.. as i always believe, its easy to have a partner but its nv easy to find tat person who is gg to hold ur hands thru the ups & downs and be the witness of your whole entire life.... so lets hope me and my fellow gfs can find that 'person ' of our life soon...

sometimes i think i hate sales. i hate the 'ugly' techniques that they used. i hate the snobbish ppl in sales. i hate the way they under cut and the snatching of sales.

but oni sales can give one the big pay chq that other mandane jobs cant. money can buy happiness too. i feel stranded in the awkward situation at times. but heck. anyway, i dun hav any lucrative offer. :(

The GRADUATION......

At last. After 2 years of concurrent studying & working, i found myself at the destination -the moment we have been waiting for - THE GRADUATION.



Sitting in the midst of proud parents and graduands, I somehow feel proud too.. ;) though i was feeling utterly disappointed at the same time. disappointed tat i was just 2 points away frm my distinction degree, Damn!



It was a joyous occasion. Meeting old skool mates that i haven seen for long time & most imptly, my whole family turn up for my graduation! I really appreciate the efforts that they took.. you noe, my graduation is on a freaking thur morning and my sis her bf have to actually take leave to attend..somehow it reminded me tat i din even notice when was my sis's graduation, and tat was only when i realise i din even attend it.. BOOooooo.



We were kinda late though, & i panic alittle as i was told tat latecomers are forbidded to enter. My sis quickly helped in getting me dressed in tat bulky gown as i totally have no idea where to begin..Yuling was all ready & even started taking pics when i just arrived.. sigh.. tat makes me more panicky...



felt like a superstar for a day with all ppl snapping pics of us.. all of our excitement were not put out by the heavily rain during the reception.. more cam-whoring actions continued.. well, despite all conditions, nothin can stop us from cam-whoring!!!!!
